At present, the company has 120000 tons/year epoxy resin, 20000 tons/year alkyd resin, 5000 tons/year polyurethane curing agent, 5000 tons/year acrylic resin, 150000 tons/year water-borne acrylic lotion and other production workshops, a supporting hazardous chemicals transportation company, 34 trucks of all kinds, a 500 ton port for hazardous chemicals, and its own sewage treatment station with a daily treatment capacity of 100 tons/day. With strong support from governments at all levels, the output value reached 1.346 billion yuan in 2021, a year-on-year increase of 87%. The tax revenue was 32.52 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 73%.

Whoever gains the Central Plains gains the world. Henan Sanmu Surface Material Industrial Park Co., Ltd. is the only wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Sanmu Group in the Central Plains region. Hubei Sanmu Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in Panwan Industrial Park, Xingang, Jiayu County, Hubei Province. It was established in March 2013 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Sanmu Group. The company mainly produces 30000 tons of alkyd resin, 10000 tons of acrylic resin, and 10000 tons of unsaturated polyester resin. The products are mainly sold to Hubei, Hunan and other places. Shandong Sanyue Chemical is a large enterprise fully invested by Jiangsu Sanmu Group in Binzhou, Shandong. It signed a contract in September 2010 and was officially registered and established in November. It is located in the Lubei High tech Development Zone, adjacent to the national key project - Huanghua Port to the north. Sichuan Sanmu Chemical Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Sanmu Group Co., Ltd. It was established on April 3, 2008, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, covering an area of 413 acres, and has more than 100 employees. The company is a key investment attraction enterprise in Hejiang County, a large-scale enterprise in Luzhou City, and a high-tech cultivation enterprise in Luzhou City. It has won the Sichuan Province Major Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Award. The company mainly produces alkyd resin, acrylic resin and other series of products, which are mainly used in electronics, chemicals, coatings, paint, machinery, electricians, ships, buildings and other fields. Its marketing network mainly radiates the "three provinces and one city" in southwest China.

The company has currently invested 170 million yuan, covering an area of over 250 acres, mainly including 20000 tons/year of alkyd resin supporting 10000 tons/year of fatty acids (oleic acid), 5000 tons/year of acrylic resin, supporting logistics storage tanks, boiler workshops, sewage treatment stations and other engineering projects, all of which were completed and put into operation by the end of 2011. In 2021, sales reached 255 million yuan, tax revenue was 5.48 million yuan, and 110 jobs were solved.

Jiangsu Sandie Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in February 2006. It is one of the projects invested by Jiangsu Sanmu Group Co., Ltd. in Taixing Economic Development Zone. The company covers an area of 168 acres and currently has 280 employees. The company mainly produces acrylic acid and butyl acrylate products, which are widely used in industrial fields such as synthetic resins, adhesives, synthetic rubber, synthetic fibers, superabsorbent resins, pharmaceuticals, leather, textiles, chemical fibers, building materials, water treatment, petroleum extraction, coatings, etc., with a wide range of applications. The total investment of the company is about 2.3 billion yuan, with a total production capacity of 300000 tons/year of acrylic acid and 160000 tons/year of butyl acrylate. In 2022, the annual output value was 2.73 billion yuan, and the paid in tax revenue was 140 million yuan, playing an important role in the strategic development of the group company.

Jiangsu Sanmu Logistics Co., Ltd. is a large port logistics and warehousing enterprise invested by Jiangsu Sanmu Group (Yixing, Jiangsu) in Taixing Economic Development Zone. It was established in August 2003 with a registered capital of 80 million RMB and covers an area of approximately 480 acres. 

The company has a total investment of 650 million yuan and has currently built a 121000 m ³ chemical tank area (including 14 normal temperature pressure spherical tanks of 2000 m ³, 4 3000 m ³ spherical tanks, and 1 1000 m ³ spherical tank); 12 atmospheric dome roof tanks with a capacity of 5000 m ³ and 10 dome roof tanks with a capacity of 2000 m ³. Can be used to store propylene, propane, n-butane, isobutane C4、 Acrylic acid, butyl acrylate, dimethyl carbonate, propylene glycol, sodium hydroxide solution, ethanol, propanol, butanol, o-xylene, xylene (mixed) C9、 C10、 There are dozens of hazardous chemicals such as aromatic solvent oil, trichloromethane, diesel, etc. 

The company has one 50000 ton chemical terminal and one 50000 ton general terminal that are open to the outside world, as well as a large bulk cargo yard and hazardous chemical transportation fleet, with complete safety and environmental protection facilities. 

The company is mainly engaged in the loading and unloading, storage, transportation, and operation of liquid chemicals and fuel products, as well as the transit and warehousing of bulk cargo such as coal, ore, soybeans, and cassava chips. In 2024, the annual sales amounted to 61.17 million yuan, with a paid in tax of 5.67 million yuan. To improve our corporate social responsibility, our company has obtained ISO14001 environmental management system certification and the first level standardization certificate for safety production.
